ABOUT ME
César Grosso, 32 years old, also known as Cesinha, borned in Brazil, was first introduced to climbing still in high school, 1995.
After almost 18 years, his training routine is intense: 28 hours per week fully dedicated to the sport, through 9 periods varying from 3 to 5 hours each. Included in his schedule are cross training activities such as running (~30 miles per week), complementary strengthening exercises (physical therapy 3 hours per week), gym workouts (twice a week) and, of course, a lot of climbing.
